Douglas is one of the most professional, responsive, and coolest dudes I’ve worked with in the auto industry. He did a pre-purchase inspection on a truck for me (I am out of state). He was extremely thorough, has extensive experience,, and helped me reach a great conclusion for my purchase. From calling around Pensacola and working with the local dealer, it was also clear he was well respected in the industry. I’d highly recommend using his business for your auto needs. If I lived locally he would have earned my business.

Have a 2014 Aston Martin Vantage I bought that initially had some issues. Once I got it up and running and had it for a bit. I took it here just for some safety concerns, a general check, and a few things I wanted to fix. Even though Douglas didn't want to do work on it(it's an Aston Martin with previous problems can definitely understand). He still took the time to check on what I was concerned about and make sure it was safe. Super down to earth guy. This seems like a great shop with good mechanics if you need something done.

Douglas has worked on many cars for me for over ten years. Just picked up our Aston Martin Vanquish S which is not a car you trust with just anyone. You can trust Douglas to treat you fair and look out for your interests

Douglas is the man! Expert in his field and an invaluable human to be able to call when you’re driving an import. I can’t say enough good things about Douglas …and Patrick is a great guy as well. I’ve been driving Land Rovers for years, all over the USA. I would wholeheartedly recommend Douglas to anyone, from anywhere! He genuinely cares about his customers. His honesty and integrity speak for themselves! He sorted out my super technical TCM/ECU/wiring issue on my 2016 LR4 no problem. Thanks m8!!!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Autocheck Complete Auto Repair for over 8 years and I can say with absolute certainty that Douglas and his team are the best in the business. In my time as a customer they have flawlessly completed numerous engine performance modifications and tunings, installed wheel spacers, windshield washer assembly repairs and oil changes and the list goes on. Douglass is beyond a doubt the most competent, honest and efficient professional mechanic I have ever met. To top it all off they are very reasonable on their prices. Don’t look any further if you are serious about having the absolute best work on your sports car as if it were their own.
